This course seeks to enable you to understand your students way of thinking, why they behave the way they do, and how you can guide and teach them a way that they will respond to.
This course examines our different styles in communication and teaching. It illustrates how our natural approach targets the students who are most like us and how to provide for the needs of all types. Teachers will learn to identify and adapt their teaching practices to meet the needs of individual students.
Psychological Type Theory provides a workable and affirmative framework for understanding normal and healthy differences in children and adults. It allows you to understand and identify the underlying dimensions of personality that result in different needs, behaviours, communication and learning styles in yourself and in the children you teach.

Your course surpassed all my expectations and was not only fun but extremely practical and useful. It has revolutionised my teaching and equipped me to communicate more meaningfully and maximise learning. As a leader, it has enabled me to appreciate the different strengths of my team and utilise this to increase their job satisfaction and understanding of each other. This has resulted in a team who works exceptionally well together which has had a significant effect on the children. The parents have also commented on this! Thank you, I have rediscovered my love of teaching!

Our teaching team were unanimous in feeling that the sessions made an incredibly positive start to the year - serious material delivered in a fun way. Jacqueline is a master facilitator; she can "read the crowd" and create great energy"
