The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is the most widely used personality inventory in the world, with over 2 million people completing the instrument every year. With over 50 years of research and development behind it, the MBTI® is a powerfully versatile solution that helps people better understand themselves and how they interact with others. Based on Jung’s theory of psychological type, it is used to helped organizations of all sizes address their needs in many areas.

The MBTI® instrument is an online self-report personality questionnaire used to measure and describe people's preferences for how they like to gain information, make decisions, and how they interact with the world. The assessment consists of 93 items, and takes 15 - 25 minutes to complete. It assesses people in terms of their preferences on 4 scales of personality, the combinations of which result in 16 different psychological types The MBTI® instrument reports a four letter personality type.

T - Thinking F - Feeling
J - Judging P - Perceiving
The MBTI® Interpretive Report is a 7 page report which describes your type preferences and characteristics typical of your personality type. It explains the strengths and needs common to individuals of your type.
The cost for this assessment including the report and a one hour feedback session is $650 +gst.
The Interpretive Report for Organizations is a 10 page report which identifies your employee's strengths and highlights areas for further development. This profile provides reported personality type, explanations of the preferences, characteristics frequently associated with that type, and an easy-to-read graph displaying the preference clarity index. It also discusses the connection between type and:
· Leadership styles
· Preferred work environments
· Communication styles
· Problem-solving approaches
The cost for this assessment including the report and a one hour feedback session $750 +gst.
