StrongTM
The Strong Interest InventoryTM assessment measures career and leisure interests. It is useful for clients wanting to explore career options or change job. Consisting of 317 items, the Strong instrument provides information on:
Six General Occupational Themes, which reflect a respondent’s overall orientation to work (realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising or conventional).
25 Basic Interest Scales which report consistency of interest or aversions in specific interest areas such as art, science and data management.
211 Occupational Scales, representing 109 different occupations, which indicates the degree of similarity between the respondent’s interests and characteristic interests of women and men in those occupations.
Four Personal Style Scales which measure aspects of the style with which an individual likes to learn, work, assume leadership and take risks.
Administration takes approximately 30 - 40 minutes. Reports available are:

"The advice and assistance that I have received from Jacqueline was immensely sensible and practical. She offered no silver bullets but guided gently with no pre-conception of the outcome. I found it to be very refreshing and an insightful way of looking at options for the future. I never knew the impact that morals and values had on how you decide what is the best avenue for your career development!" Kara Pugh
