Values Establishment

To explore beliefs and establish common values with clear expectations in regards to group behaviour . A team that can establish and live by its values will operate more effectively with a stronger sense of purpose, greater motivation and a clear direction.

Outcomes

• Explore what is important to each individual in the team
• Establish values that are common to the group
• Define those values
• Outline specific behaviours that are implicit in the outworking of those values
• Representation and promotion of the values
