Why are individuals so different in what they need, how they see things and how they react? Why is it that we can have an instant understanding with a stranger, but cannot understand the stranger we live with?

The Rapport personality and communication workshop is based on the psychology of human difference as theorized by Swiss psychologist C.G Jung. He suggested that human behaviour is not random but in fact predictable and therefore classifiable. This theory, referred to as Psychological Type, has been subsequently validated by the application of many years of behavioural research.
