Please complete this questionnaire for each of your school aged children based on your observations. You need to answer all of the questions. Although you are likely to struggle choosing just one option in some cases, please make the effort to select the answer which represents your child the best. I will contact you to discuss the results.

Please note that this will help us to understand how your child is likely to be best parented and taught; it will not be used to limit your child or to label them as one type forever. You need always to keep an open mind about your child's personality type as it may change and develop over time.
